Terms and Conditions

We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request that you cancel or reschedule with adequate notice to allow us to fill the appointment slot & not leave your therapist waiting. 

• In the event of a 'no show' or cancellation not within 24hr period, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted to cover lost expenses. 
• If you are going to be late, or need to reschedule please contact Aurora Aesthetics on by call or sms at 0418 717 873, emails will not be accepted.
• A deposit of 50% is required upon booking all services except Medik8 Product Plans, this will be deducted from your appointment total. Deposits are made through booking system Gettimely.
• Deposits returned if you cannot make it to your appointment & notice has been given 24hrs prior. 
• Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. If you are 30 minutes late past your appointment we may have to reschedule/cancel the appointment & cancellation fee will be charged. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you in 30 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a 'no-show' and cancellation fee will be charged.
